Joe McKenna is a strategic growth leader with decades of experience in owning the evolution and execution of revenue strategy and sales operations, ensuring companies grow effectively. Joe has helped numerous health care businesses drive significant transformation by utilizing his strong product, technical, and analytical background. He is skilled at developing trusted client relationships and drives teams to accelerate customer acquisition. Early in his career, through a nearly fourteen-year tenure at The Advisory Board Company, Joe developed extensive experience in successful consultative selling to C-suite executives at health systems. While at Proteus Digital Health and New Century (an Evolent Company) he expanded his experience to include health plans, using an advanced understanding of the impact of digital technology on healthcare delivery to drive outsized success. Most recently, Joe was the Head of Enterprise Sales (Employer, Payer, Health System and Life Insurance) at GRAIL, a biotechnology company focused on early cancer detection. Currently Joe is helping C-suite leaders at several emerging healthcare technology companies hone their go-to-market strategy and execution capabilities. Joe has a B.A. in Political Science from Bates College. He and his wife Sarah reside in the Virginia countryside not far from Washington, D.C.
Dr. Jake Prigoff is a surgeon and cancer researcher by training whose passion to change the face of healthcare is driven by his own teenage battle with stage IV cancer. Jake’s experience as a patient and a physician gives him a unique perspective on the needs of the healthcare industry.
Nick Stefanizzi is the CEO of Northwell Health’s for-profit, direct-to-employer health services company, Northwell Direct. In this role, he drives strategy, operations, growth, and financial performance, forging strong partnerships among employers, providers, and stakeholders in the tri-state area. Since taking on this position in 2020, he has overseen remarkable year-over-year revenue growth of over 200%. His mission is to enhance healthcare accessibility and affordability, envisioning the evolution of the healthcare landscape. Prior to leading Northwell Direct, Mr. Stefanizzi served as the chief administrative officer and interim CEO of Formativ Health, where he substantially expanded the company’s reach and impact. With a background spanning over eight years at Northwell Health, he has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and healthcare administration. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Hofstra University. He is renowned as one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Emerging Leaders and one of Becker’s Raising Stars: Healthcare Leaders under 40.
Sharjeel Hooda, MD, MSCR
Dr. Sharjeel Hooda is a practicing hematologist/oncologist and clinical informaticist who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the confluence of oncology, clinical research, and technology. He is a former computer scientist that trained at Emory University, Cleveland Clinic, and Moffitt Cancer Center and currently holds appointments at the University of South Florida as an Assistant Professor and Moffitt Cancer Center as an Assistant Member. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hooda serves as a physician leader for Moffitt Cancer Center’s quality initiatives and has previously led several informatics projects, including oncology clinical pathways and EHR workflow optimization. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing basketball, and serving as the family pizzaiolo for his wife and two daughters.
Allison is an enterprise health partnerships and digital transformation leader who is passionate about the consumer and patient experience. As entrepreneur, she has launched numerous health, wellness, virtual care and martech businesses, and advised dozens of health systems on brand, consumerism, marketing, and growth strategy.
Diane is a 30 year go-to-market veteran who focuses on helping early stage organizations achieve high growth. As a 5x iron distance triathlon finisher and a successful founder herself, she has the drive and endurance to reach success
With over 15 years in healthcare, Othman has been at the forefront of digital health transformation. In 2021, he co-founded Fidari, an ambitious venture aiming to redefine the delivery of oncology care. Prior to this, he was instrumental in launching QURE Healthcare, a company dedicated to software solutions for clinician engagement and virtual clinical trials. His vast experience includes roles in management consulting in Health IT and oncology, always with an eye toward enhancing healthcare quality and efficiency. A Stanford graduate with a BA in Human Biology, he furthered his education in International Public Health at Sciences Po in France. Fluent in several languages including English, French, and Arabic, Othman’s vision is clear: to revolutionize healthcare globally, with a particular emphasis on oncology care, through compassion, innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Tamondong-Lachica’s work centers around providing safe and quality health care for patients from all over. She is a prime mover of the Program for Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, a flagship program of the UP College of Medicine, that led a multi-million project that assists the Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, and other stakeholders in formulating evidence-based policies and standards for hospitals to unify strategies and programs on patient safety nationwide towards clear and common targets. She is leading the formulation of clinical practice guidelines on Lifestyle Interventions that is expected to be the first in her country and explicitly designed to help providers and patients in lower resource areas. She has served as a consultant for the DOH on several occasions, sharing her expertise on evidence-based medicine (EBM), public health, and health policy. As an educator, she emphasizes the value of lifelong learning to her students and the importance of EBM to be able to give the best care to patients. As a researcher, she has published numerous manuscripts since 2013 on the impact of the quality of care provided to patient outcomes in the Philippines, United States, and other countries
Dr. Kubal, a valued clinical advisor at Fidari, holds an associate membership within the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. He earned his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center while concurrently completing an MBA at the University of South Florida. Dr. Kubal specializes in myeloid malignancies, particularly acute leukemias, aligning his research and clinical pursuits with these critical areas. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, he diligently serves as the medical director of process excellence, spearheading continuous enhancements in the patient experience. In his role as Senior Medical Director of Moffitt at Wesley Chapel, he provides dedicated full-time care at the Moffitt Wesley Chapel campus.
Dr. Merwan Benhabib, co-founder, and chief technologist at Fidari, brings over 15 years of impactful R&D experience. His journey includes pioneering roles at OndaVia Inc., a chemical testing company, Goconnekt, enhancing connectivity for hospitality, and Aluna, innovating asthma monitoring for children. Notably, he collaborated with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratories, contributing to Mars exploration technology. Dr. Benhabib holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and his contributions span 40+ peer-reviewed journals, articles, books, and patents.
Molly O’Neill boasts 35+ years of experience crafting growth strategies for healthcare entities, spanning investor-owned, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. Recognized for pioneering work in medical education, devices, and digital health, she excels in go-to-market strategies, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Molly’s leadership roles at prestigious healthcare systems underscore her expertise in portfolio product management, team development, incubation, and scaling. She formerly served as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Medforth Global Healthcare Education Group and Chief Commercial Officer at Proteus Digital Health, securing FDA approval for the groundbreaking Abilify Mycite. Molly holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communications/Journalism and an M.Sc. in Health Care Administration with highest honors from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. She currently chairs the Audit Committee for Mauna Kea Technologies.
